Siege problems

I've been in line for a siege for months now, and it has been awaiting next game (for the same game) for at least a month and a half now. I'm not clear on how sieges work exactly, but whats going on here?

the red 1/0 board has completed one game since I joined this site. That game was about 4 moves long.
