A Stalemate occurs in a game when one of the players isn't in Check, but also cannot make any legal move.
That does not appear to be the case here.

actually it is checkmate according to the file 😉

If only two lone Kings remain it is a forced draw (but will not be enforced automatically, so you have to click the "claim draw" button). Some games have been known to go on for several dozen moves after only two lone Kings had remained...
