Staff Forum?

What about a place where minor updates can be posted that don't make it to the front page?
Make it so that only Russ/Chris (or whoever) can start threads? As much as I like surprises, I think
it would be helpful to know when even the smallest changes (like adding the apostrophe before the
year in the date) occur. That way we can ooh and ah in appropriate volumes.
