How can I stay logged in? Every time I have to log in again with e-mail and password.

Are you an iPad/iPhone user?

You will need to turn privacy mode off on your iPhone/iPad, otherwise your session get deleted each time.

Apple support about this here

(So, as @Ponderable says, you need cookies not to be destroyed after your session)
