stupid questions thread?

could someone please tell me how i can find the thread about really stupid questions that (general) people have asked. i typed 'stupid questions' in the search box in the search forums bit but i didnt get what i was looking for. perhaps someone on this site remembers the thread-i distinctly remember one person posting 'i always thought saying ''can i ask you a question?'' was rather stupid'-or words to that effect. many thanks in advance🙂

If you can recall on what date that page was for the last time active, you can navigate your way to the correct thread by pressing a page number on the bottom of the former page, to match the dates on the threads on that page with the the date you recalled. Then you'll know somewhat how many pages to go forward or backward and then do a rematching on the dates.

I looked everywhere and could'nt find it myself. I remember posting something in that thread. What if it was terribly witty? Now it's lost to the ages.
