Subscribing

I am fairly new to this site and so far really enjoy all it has to offer.
I'm interested in subscibing to rhp but do not wish to pay through credit cards. Are there other payment options? Also I am assuming the rates are quoted in American dollars. As I am from Canada I would like to know what Canadian rates would be. Please & thank you.
