My bank stopped the auromatic renewal for my accont because they did not know if it was legit. Consequently the update failed.
I contacted the bank and autorized all future transactions.
My question is how do I get the customer service email so that I can get Red hot pawn to sent the request for payment to my bank again
THe iinformation I received from the site for questions was inadequate/

To open all features of RHP especially "Open Invites", the site is now asking me to subscribe to open all features for a fee. As I pay a regular quarterly fee I imagined that I was subscribed. Any ideas anyone?

If you have paid a quarterly fee since 2021, please let me know so I can investigate. From this end, this does not appear to be the case.

Follow up on site feedback with an order number (or any payment reference) so I can investigate.
