The site doesn't refresh

I am a free user to this site.. I have noticed since last few weeks, the site doesn't work as it should, when I click on "My Games" it shows me previous status - Ex 5 games waiting.. 1 message unread..etc

Is it some problem with site, I have also checked this from my friend's PC..the problem remains as it is.
