The skull is out and I cannot claim timeout. It says the timeouts have been temporally suspended to all players.

If the site has not worked as it should then the administrator can suspend the timeout feature to cover opponents being unable to move due to site issues. This is usually posted in Announcement Forum.

How much longer is it going to take before the site is working properly again?? 🤔
