The sticky thread has lost its' stick

found the thread repeatedly on the bottom of the Forum list.

I think it should be on top always, so that new players find it more easily.

PS: I know that it happens (the thread sinking to the bottom, when a thread was deleted).

Sticky threads are like Post-it notes, eventually they all fall off.
