    Hi

My opponent had 5 days in his time bank in our game. Now, he has 7 days. What happen? Game 911787.

    Thanks in advance, Hernando

Yes, but I think the original poster may be experiencing the problems that I have where some of my opponents have been given more time bank. I have several games that were 7 day time bank and neither of us have used any time bank, but now I still have 7 days and my opponent has 9 days?! Why?!

Although this may not have worked out brilliantly in execution, the idea was to provide a 2 day additional buffer to those who were to move in any game. This was to prevent people being penalised if they were not able to see the new server for a few days (plausible).

But, this was a far from perfect solution, and has led to oddities like this. (Which could have been avoided, of course)

Oh, I see. Well, it's certainly a bit confusing. I think the fact that you've suspended time outs should have sufficed in itself.

I find it a little annoying. Granted, its nice to have the extra time, but I have opponents who haven't moved since the middle of January.
