If you set up a game the settings can be altered as 5th and 6th option.
If you accept a game from open invites the settings is given.
If you sign up for a tournament they are displayed as 2nd and third column in the overview.

Standard settings is 3 day timeout 7 day timebank. This means you have to move in the space of three days otherwise your timebank ticks away. If the timebank is gone you can suffer from a time-out.
