I have a game on the go at the moment with a 7 day timeout - my opponent hasn't moved in 8 or 9 days - how do I claim the game/timeout - there doesn't seem to be an option like I've had before??

how many moves have been made in the game? If there has been less than 2 moves each the game is not concidered fully started. You will have a "delete game" button still but you won't ever get a claim timeout button.
