timeouts?

I did not follow the exact discussion about (automatic) T/Os:
wasn't there a rule like turnaments and clan games get an autoTO 2 days after the TO possibility?
could anyone explain the actual rules?

As far as I'm aware Clan games do not have automatic timeouts it's only Tournament games that do - and then there is a two day grace period on op of the timeout stated.
