I have several games against opponets who are on vacation, and yesterday, all of them had little skull icons to claim a time out. Last night they disapeared, and are still gone.

Did somthing change?

Yes. I believe Russ has placed a 24 hour hold on being able to claim a time-out victory, because of the e-mail verification that is currently in progress.

There is a post about it, I think in the Announcements forum.
