TO wins

How do you claim TO wins? My opponent. game 211196,. has not moved since May 29 and has been sent move reminders several
times.

On the 'My Games' screen, there should be a little picture of a shield (or a pair of Y-fronts if you think like me), and a link saying 'Claim Win'.
Just click on it.

When the T/O is set to 21 days...you'll have to wait for some time...when it isn't, Varq is right!
