How can I create a tournament from my buddis list. Can it be done...only from my buddies list?

get all your buddies to join a clan and it can be done, otherwise i don't think so.

If you are a clanleader you can make a private tournament. Im pretty sure you will get a key for it. Send the key to your buddys and they can join the tournament (dont think they have to be in your clan).
If you are a clubleader you can also make tournaments. But i think they can only be entered by clubmembers. So your buddys would have to be member of the club. You can join an unlimited amount of clubs.
(Only subscribers can play tournaments).
