Tournament entry rating

Hi, just got a simple question. If you sign in to a tournament wich has an upper and lower limit for the entrants, and before it starts your rating does not match the limits anymore.

I see it is this 30 days highest rating, why the lower one is no problem 🙂 If you go higher then the upper limit, can you play anyhow due to your rating when you signed in?

Yes.

The only rating used is the one when you enter.
