Tournament question

I'm in a non-sub tourney at the moment.

What's the difference between

"All games complate" and

"Group decided"

All help appreciated...

All games complete: All the games have been played to the end.

Group decided: there are games still to play - but they won't change the outcome for deciding the winner(s) of the group.
