when does a tournament start after you enter it?

either when it fills and russ hits it or they see no progress after a certain point between the min. players and the max players they will start it...no time schedule or anything...

Not far from the truth, actually.

I will automate it shortly (trivial job). Full tournaments will close automatically, then start within the hour.
