tournament time outs

I thought a tourny game was meant to automatically t/o 2 days after the t/o period had elapsed. In one of my games there has been a skull aginst the game for 3 days (at least ) and it hasn't been given to me. Is the onus back on me to claim the win now?

oops - a bit premature of me i think... it's just given me the game.😳
