Unable to play 6th game

I am a non pawn star. I am currently playing 5 games but I am unable to play 6th game as the message says you have reached your max limit of games this is happening for almost a week. Although 5 games for a non pawn star like me is OK but would also like to play the 6th game. Help. Thanks

Yeah, i think its kind of janky too. The little thing in the profile says that you can play up to ten games but its pulled it down from 6 to five. when your playing games, and no ones online its pointless to stay on with 5 games going. Does anyone know somewhere you can play one on one chess in real time?
