unable to use conditional moves

I have used conditional moves but now when i try to move any opponents piece the mouse pointer changes to a circle with a line thru it. I have tried in Firefox and chrome and Explorer

Any ideas

it works ok now ???

Capturing en passant still doesn't work as a conditional move.
