Send feedback, explain your situation. It's not something that can be resolved by forum users, only by site administrators. Using your own real name as your username is not recommended because of the potential for misuse by trolls and troublemakers.

An account can change name within 30 days of creation. Then it becomes locked, unless a subscriber.
