Vacation with no time left

He is immune from timeout while the vacation flag is displayed, which can be quite some time because subscribers can take up to 36 days vacation in any calendar year. There are three possible outcomes:
1. he will make a move, eventually (he is permitted to do this under vacation rules), or
2. his vacation flag will eventually disappear (around midnight UK time) and you will then be able to claim a timeout win, or
3. you will become frustrated because this is tying up one of your six game slots, and resign the game to get the slot back.

I'd suggest you just wait, and make do with five games for now, but it's your choice.
