Suddenly, this computer wont' show any of the visuals of the caputured pieces below the board in the "analyze board" function. any theories as to how to fix?

I am experiencing the same thing. No pieces appear on any of my games. While I can see the board positions on my profile page, there is no way for me to make a play, and I have plenty of free space.

This has never happened to me on this site. If the problem is not fixed soon, I will run into time troubles. How does one appeal for addition time?
