What can one do about a poor loser / slow mover?

Now back to over 7 years for Stees, on a 3/7 time limit. Isn't that mathematically impossible? Or are they just not taking skulls?? Stees???

Other than in tourneys and even then, if my opponent is someone I’ve played before I usually don’t take them, I don’t take them. My 7 year opponent is one of those “friends”.

I just wouldn't find keep a game going for over 7 years to be funny. Of course I may take the game a little more seriously than you do. I guess it would be compared to how you take your golf. 🙂

Well you’d be wrong. I have, for many years, taken my golf as I do my chess. Both are games for which I pay and am not paid to do. Now there was a time when I thought, because I WAS good at golf, that the idea of being paid to play golf might have been something I might have perused but then schooling, work and family changed those thoughts. Although still “pretty good” at golf it’s a lot more FUN now.👍

Too funny. Yes, this game is likely to go on for a very long time... but I'm gonna stick with it. After getting advice from yourself and others, I immediately changed my timeout period to the least possible time allowed, (cause that's the kinda guy I am), and I also reviewed the profile of everyone that I was playing to look at their timeout period, (with all being reasonable except for this guy). This is something that I will continue to do from now on before accepting a challenge from anyone.

Thanks... great advice. I am employing that strategy, and not letting it get to me anymore... as it previously was.
