You see the problem is tht a player has tooki more than the games rules have been set for but i cannot claim a win can anyone help

Hi Elliott, and if the 'death skull" isn't flashing for that game then you simply cannot claim the T/O.

Check the game time controls for the "timebank" settings. You will probably find that your opponent has still some space to move?
