Which time control?

I am new here and learned the rules so far.
Which time control can you reccommend me?

If you are creating the game, choose the time control which suits you. If you visit the site every day any times will do. If you visit once or twice a week, use 7 days / 7 days to avoid losing games by timeout.

The standard 3/7 is good. (3 days per move/7 days timebank).
