why is there no game history?

Many games that were played during a certain time frame have been affected. But current boards are correct and the anylize..er analyze board is correct when you FIRST go to it. It can then be used to plan future moves, but just like real life much of the past has been lost. There is a tool for re-establishing the game history, but it's not worth the effort for many of my games and I don't remember the sequence anyways.
