Hi,

Sorry to keep starting threads on this, but nobody has been commenting. We get notifications when a draw offer is accepted; why not when an opponent gives up?

Thanks, MP

It may be because a draw offer requires some input from you, either to answer yes or no. If your opponent resigns, nothing more is required from you.

Good point, but it would still be nice to be told...

Also, I do seem to recall that I've gotten notifications when a draw offer has been accepted, not just when one has been offered to me.

Not sending a resignation email is a little inconsistent with the draw behaviour, you are right.

I will add one shortly.
