Go to the game in question and click the Game History link in the navigation bar above the board.
Here you'll find a Get PGN of this game link to the right of the board, follow this link and you'll have both the PGN (game) and the FEN (position).
Highlight the one you want and copy the text.
In Winboard use either the Paste Game From Clipboard or Paste Position From Clipboard from the file menu.
