windows xp firewall and antivirus

windows xp seems to claim to be doing regular and reliable security updates against internet nasties ....

is it enough?

I doubt if anything is really enough. I`ve got a firewalled router, xp firewall. Anti virus. More anti spam than a vegan shop, and i still get wacked from time to time.

Don`t forget anti virus software is always playing catch up.
