The article originally referenced the genitals (referencing the BBC page), but changed it to "body".

Good point, but don't auto-erotic asphixiation deaths occur because they like to do it alone sometimes? One of the actors from The Wild Bunch and the cartoonist who did Cheech Wizard went that way.
