I have it in my elbows. Sometimes it hurts when I move my arm a certain way. 😕 The worst stuff is RA and Bursitis. Talk about pain. 🙁

That sucks. It's my food, which also sucks because cricket season starts soon and I want to start training.

Plus I have carpal tunnel in my hand but I'm going to wait for the operation.

    Bodies eh.

There is nothing better than green clay (if not available, any other clay) to get rid of tendinitis. It is a slow and fairly messy treatment (clay = mud) but worth it.

I am a rabid atheist but a disciple of clay, it has an infinite curing power for a wide range of ailments, as some of you may know.
