No, and there shouldn't be either.
Be subscriber to enter a tournament, I did and I'm happy with it.

Sorry to do this to you again, but actually there are some non-sub tournaments. Not very many and they fill up very quickly.

Oh, didn't know that.
The tournament given was in AD 2004 so I think Russ don't want this to happen again. (?)
Still, if one wants to play in tournaments, the best thing to do is to subscribe. And one can start more games than only the six ones non-subs can.
