This user User 344712 has played his 1400 rated buddy a few times. How many times can one play one's buddy and when is it considered padding?

I am shocked! 😲 You should be banned for 3 (f) (repeatedly playing against a friend).

It seemed like the best way to keep in touch with my friend on the opposite side of the planet.

If it upsets z00t, and pads my rating, then I'll be sure to tell my friend that we'll have to go back to email to communicate.

...or just don't take ratings too seriously, particularly if you're not a subscriber and therefore can't play either clan matches or tournaments.

What's this fun word you speak of? I've read z00t's "how to increase your rating" threads, but never encountered this word.

Please help.

I don't want to lead you into temptation. It's EVIL! Keep reading z00t's threads, stop playing friends, and everything will be fine.

I keep on playing this guy, and he keeps on beating me. Does this mean we're buddies now?
