Timeouts suspended for 24 hours

Due the 3 hour outage today, timesout have been suspended for 24 hours.

Apologies to all impacted by the outage, but the maintenance was essential. (Although, I concede, the timing could have been better.)

Isn't the 24 hours about up? It's probably not too pressing seeing as my opponent has been gone for 117 days, but in tournaments, I take my freebies right away.

The block on claimed wins has now been lifted.
