Here's a 10minute game I played last year with some good examples of a poisoned pawn leading to 0-0-0+ and the gain of tempo needed to complete the mating net. I also think its a good example of keeping the pressure on the king and keeping tempo by checking him to where you want him to go.

Anybody else have a 0-0-0+?Emanuel Lasker seems to have used 0-0-0+ many times, specially as a continuation of the Albin Countergambit.
