f3 is so uncommon it isn't even considered an opening there, but there are some cool lists. I'm amazed at how many of the worst openings people actually play against me.

I've been trying to figure out why people play moves like that for some time now.

Hmmm, the Benomi Defense is apparently one of Black's top 3 worse defenses, surprising, considering I encounter it so much. If this opening is obviously so bad, then why is it still so popular?

Did not Tal play this opening? Why is this opening considered bad? The Latvian Gambit is the only refuted opening I know of.
