black can checkmate in 5 moves, or can still win by taking 6 queens in a row (taking all those queens sounds like something kaspy wood do, with all the unnecessary risks he takes in his games)! personally id take the queens 🙂

figure it out for yourself (try it out on the board) there is no way to get into a position you can't get out of like that (unless its cuz a pawn move... but from where would the pawn move? the pieces are already there) as for the position with the 7 queens itd be easy to get into that position...

one thing that is peculiar about the position is that the only way for black to have a dark colored bishop is if it has been promoted, here's an example of how the position might come about:
