No,like swiss said,white pushes the pawn and you'll have to capture it first.
Then if black king goes to a3,c3 or c1 it's stalemate.

Yes it's the wrong bishop.All 4 have the 'wrong bishop' theme.

After 1.Kf2 Bh2 2.g3 h3 white has just 1 move to keep the draw.

If 3...Bg1 then 4.g4 and black is forced to play h2 and the king is in the corner again.
If 3...Ke6 for example then 4.Kg4 and draw again.
So, it is easy!!! 😉😀
