Kibitzer: an onlooker making,usually unwanted,comments during the game

A patzer can kibitz and kibitzers can be patzers but not necessarily so.

I'm preparing a Finnish invasion of the Åland Islands, where a göötti battalion will march over those Rottalaiset and rule them with an iron fist.
