Hello all,
Just wondering if I could have finished this game off better. Be interested to hear how the higher ranks would have dealt with this one.
Position is after black's 15th move...white to play...resignation after move 20. Tkz

16. QXQ would fight on with some chances .e.g 17. RfXd1+ .. Kc7, 18. Be4 .. Ra-d8, 19 b4 when white is an extra (passed) pawn up and should win.
I think the key position you are thinking about is after 12 ... Kd8 and 13.dc seems the most obvious try. After 13. ... QxQ 14. RXQ+ .. Kc7 15. cb .. ab 16. 0-0 .. Rd8 and white is a P up and should win. I don't see any forced lines here that win more material by force but only spent a few moments on this.
