Does anyone have a good, free website where I can practice tactics?

Also, as far as improving my game how does practicing tactics differ between middle-game and end-game puzzles?

In my opinion, endgame and middle game problems all go hand in hand with tactical training.

You could also look at http://chesstempo.com/ which seems to have a better board display.
