Well IMHO Kasparov's latest book on his match with Karpov in 1984 and 1985 has some fantastic games and the style difference between the 2 makes it really interesting.
All told there are about 60 deeply annotated games.
You could do a lot worse!
Edit: Just re-read your post and realised you wanted games with the english and tactics neither of which is really in the above book. Sorry! That will teach me to post after a night shift!!
