the question was how to improve u're brain for chess.... its obv that if u're to tired u can't do anything... the solution to eating right and sleep good applies to everything and should not be counted... how do u do better in school, eat and sleep... how do u run faster? eat and sleep... etc.... and anyways u're playing blitz....blitz is so different from otb...
I've seen guys play in thur night otb tournys,and losing because they've been working all day.
I havent played too many tournys because im also wiped out from work to play well.
I've recently done a program to get healthier, and noticed my rating on the internet get to almost the highest its ever been, and staying there!
My energy is up, and i think i can even handle some otb tournys now.
Doens anyone else know anything about natural ways to attain a clear mind?
