Originally posted by WilfriedvaActually you were right, I was speaking of after 6, I expected him to move his pawn to g3, at that time I had an empowering feeling of battle rage and would have taken with Ne4xg3, sacrificing night for the queen to wreak havoc in the corner... probably better it didn't shake out that way though, lol.
oh,after 8.... Nf2.I was looking at the position after 6.... Qh4
So bishop + knight for queen.Ok,think I'm on the same page now.
Thanks for the feedback, not sure I'll have a 10 move no piece lost mate any time soon.
Well played.
White could have defended better but his opening moves. Nf3-g5-h3 did
not inspire any hope that he may find the best moves defending himself.
The pattern with a Black Queen check on h4 and Knights on h3 & e5 reminded
me of datch - nuclear chemist played last year on here.
After the smoke has cleared Black now a Rook up leaves his pieces at home
and attacks with his King and pawns.
