no, i'm just saying a fact: i am provisional, and if i claim timeout on this guy i'll loose ratings, and i am afriaid if he resigns.

as prov players we can lose points even if we win win games by checkmate, but after 20 games our ratings we'll be fixed. so if you want to time him out time him out.
