It has been put forward by a member of our clan the Be clan as an idea that we could have complete clans playing against one another, whereby one move is made per day based on the suggestions made by fellow clan members, so all get a say. An allocated member would take the move (maybe the captain) based on the suggestions made by other clan members. We think that this could be a good idea. Any thoughts can be posted here or you could contact our captain Ajaxo direct if you would be interested in challenging us.

Seems a good idea to me.
Another suggestion would be maybe to have a clan tournament, or several tournaments run in the same way as individual tournaments.

Soundsa good idea on the face of it but I see one or two problems.
I fear it may turn out that it is simply a substitute for each clan's strongest member playing against each other if you imagine that these two players would almost always know the best moves.
Also, assuming that everyone participates then very few if any mistakes at all would be made tending to always lead to draws.

Maybe it would be more fun if each member of a clan were to make a move in sequence. ie member 1 makes the 1st move member 2 makes the 2nd etc. without consultation between members!! How this would be workable in practice however is hard to see, both from a technical viewpoint and from a matter of trust.

SB.
